I honestly couldn’t recommend Smart Student Accommodation enough — that’s exactly why I’ve chosen to stay here again for another year !

From day one, the team have been incredible. They’re so helpful, genuinely attentive, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Any maintenance or issues I’ve had have been sorted quickly, properly, and without me having to chase — it’s such a relief to know things get fixed right .

What makes it extra special is how comfortable I feel around the staff. They’re not just there to run the building — they always have time to stop and chat, check how I’m doing, and make sure everything’s okay. It feels like a proper community, not just somewhere to sleep.

It’s safe, well-looked-after, and the team make it feel like home. I was nervous about making a huge move to London for my degree, but I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else — already looking forward to another year here !

As a parent I have to say how impressed I have been with the service and care from Smart Student Accommodation - from enquiry to moving in. We booked accommodation without seeing the premises and can honestly say we were so impressed when we moved our daughter in - the building is very well kept and presented and the living space is amazing. Moving in day was easy - smooth, welcoming and lots of help. The team here are great and I feel happy and assured leaving my daughter here!

Best student accommodation in London by far!! I stayed here for a few months during my masters at UCL. This accommodation was perfect from the lovely staff (especially Zoe and Johan), to the excellent transport links to all central universities, to the frequent social events and especially the clean and quiet environment. I would highly recommend this accommodation to any students studying in London!

Thane Villas served as a very comfortable, fully furnished accommodation for a nearby London university. Used for about two years, we were given excellent maintenance and customer service. Issues were handled promptly if they cropped up. Staff were highly competent and courteous. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Staff were extremely lovely and do their best to create a comfortable environment. I found my experience here was far more comfortable than the ‘bigger’ accommodations as they make the effort to support each problem you might encounter.

Perfect accommodation!! Lovely and friendly staff, with 24 hour security and a stunning building to live in. It’s a short walk from Finsbury Park station, which is on the Victoria and Piccadilly line so has easy travel to major locations in London. It’s right next to a bus stop which takes 20 minutes to get to Camden and is also a short walk to Highbury and Islington which is a nice area. The rooms have everything you need (apart from an oven but my air fryer saves the day), making my stay here being the best 10 months in London!!

I always feel so welcome and with the many social events, various students come together to hang out and network.
All the communal spaces are clean and the bin area and laundry room are easy to use.
My room is comfortable and spacious - a nice place to work, chill and socialise.

Smart is a great place to live! Especially for someone moving away from home for the first time, it’s a very safe and supportive environment! For me it’s in a perfect location being only 2 minutes down the road from my school. I would definitely recommend Smart.
