Student rooms - Gold Plus Studios

The Gold Plus Studios benefit from a spacious layout spread out over 23sqm. Like our Gold Studios they also benefit from having high ceiling and large windows. With the additional space, these studios are ideal for dual occupancy or for just one person. The studios all have their own en-suite bathrooms and fully fitted kitchens and are fully furnished. The furniture isn’t fixed to the walls or floor so you are able to create your only personal layout. Some of our Gold Plus Studios have some pieces of the building's history such as the tiles. The Gold Plus Studios are available to rent for 51 weeks, if you require a shorter stay, please speak to a member of staff. Please note, there is an additional charge of £60.00 per week for dual occupancy.
