The Penthouse is the largest studio we offer here at Smart Student Accommodation spread over 34sqm with a stunning layout and views overlooking Finsbury Park. The Penthouse is located in the original part of our grade two-listed building. The apartment comes fully furnished and includes a sofa. The furniture is freestanding and your are encouraged to create your own personal layout. It’s an amazing space that can be divided up into different areas including your bedroom, a study area, and a living/ dining area. The possibilities are endless. Our Penthouse is prefect for either a couple or a single tenant who enjoys having lots of space and entertaining friends or just having quiet nights staying in and studying. It is a self contained studio with your own fully fitted kitchen and en suite bathroom.
